The purpose of the workshop, taught by Everis, is to offer a panoramic view of what AutoML means from a strategic and practical perspective. Therefore, it will be explained what AutoML means, where it can be used, what type of problems it solves, what methods it uses, and what AutoML offerings exist on the market.

On the other hand, a holistic view of AutoML will be provided that allows it to be integrated into the field of MLOps and DevOps in general.

Finally, the challenges, problems, limitations and other considerations inherent in the use of AutoML will be shown (such as its impact on ethical AI).

How it works:

The workshop will begin with a presentation that will serve to introduce attendees and to adequately understand expectations through a questionnaire.

The workshop will continue in an expository format to provide relevant technical information about the concept of AutoML.
After the theoretical introduction, the practical workshop will be carried out, where examples based on tabular data, images and textual data will be shown. The demonstrations will be carried out guided by the speakers.
A more general presentation on different market solutions will follow, where the most used tools with AutoML capabilities will be named. The presentation session will end with a vision of the impact of AutoML on MLOps.

Finally, the conclusions and general reflections on AutoML will be presented, and possible future lines open to debate with attendees, including a round of questions and answers.

During the workshop, facilitation tools will be used to channel questions and opinions (Slido, Mentimeter, Kahoot, etc.).
