1. Data and AI technology maturity self-assessment (free service)
Data and AI technology self-assessment is a tool CIDAI makes available to everyone to quickly, easily and flexibly get an initial overview of their organisation’s state of maturity in using and applying data technologies and embedding AI.
By answering a few questions, companies can automatically get a customised report with their data and AI maturity assessment followed by a set of recommendations and next steps to move forward with their digital transformation towards a data and knowledge management-based organisation. This is backed up by identification of the primary resources and services available from CIDAI.
2. Lean assessment and opportunities in advanced analytics and AI
This service is for organisations with intermediate digital maturity that are keen to pinpoint how advanced analytics and AI could enhance their operations and business.
- It supports the customer in the viability of potentially applying AI in the organisation (product or process approach)
- Consultancy service delivered by a CIDAI partner technology expert.
- Two sessions (2.5 hours per session) with the organisation’s assigned manager to assess its digital maturity and evaluate opportunities in AI
- The service is designed to take 30 hours in total, out of which 5 hours would be the estimated length of the in-person visits/online session and the rest would be used for drawing up the report.
- Partners will have the tools provided by CIDAI for its performance (self-assessment)
CIDAI’s technical office will track the customer’s satisfaction.
