The purpose of this masterclass taught by the SDG Group is to provide an overview of time series methodologies and some SDG applications and success stories.
The characteristics of the problems that can be solved with time series and the main analytical approaches will be described. This will be followed by an overview of real and recent success stories achieved by SDG’s Advanced Analytics team in various business sectors.
Once the masterclass is over, attendees will be able to discuss with some basic knowledge the potential application of time series models in their business.
How it works:
There will be a master class during the session in which at the end of each section attendees will be asked if they have any specific queries, and there will also be a Q&A at the end.

Business and systems managers, data science analysts and experts.
Professionals with general experience (senior staff) or with specific experience in data science. Applicable to all types of sectors.
Although the main mathematical models of time series will be covered, the purpose of the session is not to go into too much detail but simply to make people aware of the different approaches and their main advantages and/or drawbacks.
