At this time of change, in the midst of the digital transformation underway for some time now and where AI is a key lever for change, large corporations have been able to put in place highly intensive processes in big data and significantly improve their businesses, yet the bulk of the productive sector is still wondering how to make this shift. Outside large corporations, it is uncommon to have historical databases as extensive as many AI models require while with new regulations come restrictions on the use of the data you actually have.

The talk looks at opportunities for small businesses to harness AI uptake as a source of growth.

Expert and co-author of Catalonia’s Artificial Intelligence Strategy Catalonia.AI (Government of Catalonia, 2018-). Adviser to the Catalan and Spanish governments and the European Commission on AI ethics and digital transformation.
