This Huawei masterclass will include an introduction to ModelArts, the comprehensive AI platform which enables developers and data scientists of any level to quickly create, train, and deploy models anywhere, from Edge to Cloud.

The entire class will focus on applying these tools to the AI4Green field, which includes demos on waste sorting and green energy optimization.

Introduction to ModelArts: Huawei’s AI platform to help you build your AI models including different tools:
- ExeML, a no-code model development tool that helps kick-start AI application development with high flexibility, includes a demo on garbage sorting.
- Notebook, the tool that lets you design/modify/run code in real-time in AI platform environments, supporting sources like Tensorflow, includes a demo on solar energy planning
- Algorithm, a tool where the user can upload their algorithm offline and train it in the Huawei Cloud.

Fatma Feyza Seyrek, AI Domain Leader & Owner of EU Turkey CoE Huawei Cloud DTSE, and Developer Technical Support Expert in HUAWEI TR R&D Center.

Fatma has experience in complex architecture design in cloud-native and AI-based applications.
He has extensive knowledge of Huawei Cloud AI technology, especially in the development of ModelArts-based algorithms.

Roi Rodriguez, AI & Cloud Ecosystem Development Director of Huawei.
Roi Rodríguez is part of the AI team in Huawei’s Standardization and Industrial Development department, supporting the company’s 27 Research Centers in Europe in the development of R&D projects involving different business units such as CLOUD, Computing Product Line or Consumer Business.

He previously worked as a Program Manager on open innovation projects supporting startups across Europe in the fields of AI, Robotics and IoT as part of FundingBox. He was also a member of the Executive Board of programs such as AI4EU and coordinated projects such as RobotUnion or IMPACT Growth.
