Purpose: manage registration for CIDAI activities and, for sending informative communications about the activity.

Lawful basis: The basis for legitimizing the processing of data for registration in the activity is the execution of the registration (art 6.1 b) RGPD) and, for sending informative communications about the activity, it is legitimate interest.

Recipients: The data obtained will not be transferred to third parties, unless you have consented to the transfer to CIDAI members by checking the corresponding box on the registration form. However, the data may be accessible by third-party service providers of the Data Controller or by legal obligation. You can get the complete information atPrivacy Policy.

Conservation: The data and information obtained will be kept as long as they are necessary to carry out the purpose, or until their deletion is requested.

Profiling and automated decisions: The personal data obtained will not be subject to automated decisions or profiling.

Rights: You may withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to access, rectify and delete the data, as well as limit the processing, oppose it or exercise the right to data portability. These rights can be exercised, under the terms and conditions provided for in current legislation, at the registered office of the Data Controller: Eurecat Foundation at Av.
