Presentation of the White Paper on Artificial Intelligence applied to the Agri-food sector

The White paper on artificial intelligence applied to the Agri-food sector presents some reflections on the adoption of AI-based technologies within the sector in Catalonia, preparing a detailed analysis of the main challenges detected. The study also identifies a series of trends that, applied in the sector, could provide a response to the identified challenges.

This White Paper also aims to objective to contribute to the promotion and promotion of the adoption and incorporation of AI in the different service and management processes of organizations working in the agri-food sector, analyzing the applicability of AI to address the sector’s main challenges in the short and medium term.
