Survey processing information
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and with Organic Law 3/2028 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, it is reported that the information obtained for the purpose of the survey is mainly not of a personal nature. Despite the above, some questions may request contact details from the respondent, which are considered personal data and for which specific consent is requested. The following is information, in general terms, regarding the processing of data when participating in the survey:
Responsible for the Treatment: The Data Controllers under co-responsibility regime are the participants in the initiative of the artificial intelligence strategy of Catalonia: CIDAI represented by FUNDACIÓ EURECAT, the Agency for the Competitiveness of Enterprise (ACCIÓ), the Generalitat of Catalonia through the Department of Digital Policies and Public Administration, the Digital Cluster of Catalonia, and Fundació i2cat (hereinafter the “Data Controller”) You can find the details of the co-data controllers in the Privacy Policy
Purpose and legitimacy of sending the survey: Your contact details (email) will be processed for the purpose of managing your participation in the survey Mapping and dynamization of the AI Ecosystem in Catalonia. The legitimacy for the processing of data is the consent of the respondent.
Purpose and legitimacy of sending communications on similar topics: The Data Controller will process the contact details (email) in order to send you information of interest, by electronic means, about activities and initiatives similar to the object of this survey. The legitimacy for the processing of data is the legitimate interest in accordance with the Information Society Services Act. You can object to this treatment in accordance with the provisions of the Rights section.
Recipients: The data obtained will not be transferred to third parties except in the event that the respondent expressly consents to this by checking the box to that effect. However, the data may be accessible by third-party service providers of the Data Controller or by legal obligation. You can get the complete information at Privacy Policy.
Conservation: The data and information obtained will be kept as long as they are necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, or until the interested party requests their deletion or revocation. In any case, the data will be kept until the applicable legal deadlines and once they have expired the data will be deleted or, alternatively, anonymized.
Profiling and automated decisions: Personal data will not be subject to automated decisions or profiling.
Rights: You may withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to access, rectify and delete the data, as well as limit the processing, oppose it or exercise the right to data portability. These rights can be exercised, under the terms and conditions provided for in current legislation, at Fundació i2CAT at its registered office at Carrer del Gran Capità 2-4.
