Artificial intelligence has evolved considerably in recent years, driven by the rise of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.

However, this emerging concept raises numerous issues about the security measures needed to address LLMs securely and be ready for the challenges they pose.

Furthermore, this revolution is having a significant impact on optimising various areas of knowledge, in particular Cybersecurity.

In this talk, we will look at how LLMs should be made secure and explore their application together with generative AI in Cybersecurity. Specifically, we will unpack how Cybersecurity teams can leverage these capabilities to address cyberthreats efficiently and with shorter response times using Microsoft Copilot for Security.

Mounaime is a Cloud Security Architect at Microsoft where he is tasked with designing companies’ security strategies. He has over 8 years of experience in the Cybersecurity sector having previously worked at some of the largest IT consulting firms leading the development of security architectures for cloud clients.
Mounaime holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Big Data from UC3M, where he has researched and developed malware detection methods using image analysis.
