In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and with Organic Law 3\/2028 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, it is reported that the data obtained as a result of the acceptance of the transfer of data to CIDAI members for the purpose of receiving general information from them, will be in accordance with the following privacy information:<\/p>\n

Legitimation:<\/strong> The processing of data is legitimized by the consent of the respondents.<\/p>\n

Recipients<\/strong>: The data obtained is subject to transfer to the informed CIDAI members and, apart from these, will not be transferred to third parties. However, the data may be accessible by third-party service providers of the Data Controller or by legal obligation. You can get the complete information at Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Retention: <\/strong>The data and information obtained will be kept as long as they are necessary to carry out the purpose, or until their deletion is requested.<\/p>\n

Profiling and automated decisions<\/strong>: The personal data obtained will not be subject to automated decisions or profiling.<\/p>\n

You have the right to access, rectify and delete the data, as well as limit the processing, oppose it or exercise the right to data portability.
